AME Luxe Concierge provides lifestyle management, coordination, facilitation, and access services. We act as a concierge and intermediary, arranging, recommending, or introducing third-party services on behalf of clients.
We do not own, operate, or directly control third-party providers including, but not limited to, airlines, hotels, transport providers, event organisers, venues, security firms, property owners, or professional advisors.
All services are subject to availability. While we use reasonable efforts to secure requested services or experiences, availability, access, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed, particularly for limited-access, invitation-only, or high-demand services.
Membership does not guarantee access to any specific event, reservation, experience, or third-party service.
Third-party providers operate independently and are not agents, partners, or employees of AME Luxe Concierge. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, performance, pricing, quality, safety standards, or cancellation policies.
Clients contract directly with third-party providers unless otherwise stated.
Clients remain responsible for:
Final decisions regarding bookings and participation
Reviewing applicable third-party terms and conditions
Ensuring suitability for travel, events, or activities
AME Luxe Concierge shall not be liable for outcomes arising from client decisions or third-party performance.
All memberships are offered subject to review and ongoing discretion. AME Luxe Concierge reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate membership access in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Payment of membership fees does not guarantee acceptance, continuation, or renewal.
Ad-hoc and time-based concierge services are transactional and project-specific. They do not create an ongoing concierge relationship, priority access, or dedicated support unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AME Luxe Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
